Trail Review(s)
Rider - Eric
This trail is very unique.  It has the most amazing water features and lava rock.  Clear Lake has got to be the clearest "Clear Lake" that I have ever seen.  They did pave some of the lava rock sections on the back side of the lake.  It was probably a safety issue. We saw quite a few older folks walking around the lake and that lava rock would be deadly.  The river you follow out of the lake also disappears under ground for a few miles.  Then all of a sudden, it pops back out at "Blue Pool"!.  There area also a number of breathtaking waterfalls and then you get down to the portion of the river that is raftable.  What an amazing place.
