Trail Review(s)
Rider - Eric
I guess you just need to know when to quit.  We hit this trail after leaving Scottsdale that morning and I really wanted to get some good riding in.  We started a little later than I had wanted to, but things were great for the first section we wanted to ride.  The trial was technical, but very good.  Other bike tracks were visible and it finished with a great downhill.  The second section was a different story.  I threw in the small BlackDiamond Spot headlamps, because I was not planning on needing them to ride at night.  Just there for emergency use.  Well, we used them for about 3 hours as we hiked our bikes about half of the second section.  It was about 11:00 PM as we got to the motorcycle to ride back to the RV.  We both got on and just left the bikes for the night.  It was a cold ride.  We did not bring enough warm clothes for both of us to ride at highway speeds.
Would you ride again?
Yes for the first half, No for the second half.
Any suggestions?
Only do the first section of this trail.  The second part that we did was not as rideable.  We had so much fun on the descent of the first half, we decided to push it and do the next half.  The second half was not worth it.
